About Me

My name is Cari. My only child Christine died from cancer on December 11, 2015. She was 32.

I know that my daughter's spirit surrounds me. She is always with me. It is with her guidance that I offer my art as part of the healing journey.

Creating art with the images of another's beloved is a sacred act. Each piece is a reflection of the loved one's spirit; always close by. Being a channel for co-creation brings me great joy! It is my hope that you feel that in my work.

In gratitude and with much LOVE,

Cari

Testimonials

In the fall, I sent Cari some photographs of my brother, who was an amazing glass artist, among other things. When I was visiting Albuquerque last week, we met for lunch, and the connection was immediate. She is such a wonderful, warm person, and when she gave me the Angel Gordon collage, tears immediately came to my eyes. I did not expect that kind of reaction. Her skills and sensitivity regarding composing this collage are amazing. She is using this format as an art medium and pours so much feeling into it, expressing the love and light of her daughter and others. I know each of yours will be stellar as well.

I received the collage of my son today. It not only perfectly captures his essence, but his loves and his heart and soul. It honors his service to the country he loved so much. I see something different every time i look at it. It couldn't be more perfect!
